Its free, of course. Again, I don't remember the details what I did 6 months ago when i first visited freestocks and set myself up. See Zee's post below. He loaded up silverlite first, I think.

P.S. Another thing, I notice alot of traders that post on chart.ly use freestockcharts.com

Re: GLD

I have been using Fidelity's alert system for the past year but I am gradually changing to freestockcharts.com alerts. I LOVE that freecharts allows you to type in a comment for each alert you set-up. A trader is not going to remember all the details on some stocks that he/she needs to remember about when an alert goes off two weeks or so after the alert was set-up. Zee, I remember once you posted that you wish someone would have let you know when BKC hit $16 (or whatever $ that was.) An alert would have told you and your comments could help. I use alerts all the time now. I hope all traders are using alerts. Its very important. When several alerts go-off all within a 10 to 30 minute time span that tells me the market maybe be going south or ripping, depending on the alert. I have setup alerts for the SPX and QQQQs based on the highs & lows, strong resistance and support levels and pivot points.

All my alerts are sent to a separate gmail account that is reserved ONLY for alerts. (Gmail allows you to set-up 6 gmail accounts.) I reduce the gmail screen to a 3" x 3" size and minimize it in the lower right hand corner of my monitor screen. I will glance at the 3" x 3" alert screen to notice if a bold time appears. If so this tells me one of my stock alerts was hit. The alerts keep me from constantly monitoring stocks that I am interesed in. The alerts do the monitoring for me.

I have rambled too much ... Have a great week trading guys/gals. Be Careful. Its short term Bearish out there IMO. The Market can be brutal. Bag those profits!

Re: GLD

Negro, I see ther fib level, regression channel icons. I thought the Fib line, Regression line, etc., icons just show up. Its been 6 months or so since I began using freestockcharts. The Fib lines, etc are on the left side of the chart. Run your cursor on those icons/labels and the name of the icon/labels pop- up. Also, you may have to click & drag the left column to make all the icons show up.

Re: GLD

Negro, i tried freecharts. It is really cool. Stockcharts does not have10, 15, 30 min chrts. This one does. I have not been too consistent visiting their website but I would go at least once a week. It seems to me freestockcharts is a very good FREE chart site. For those that have not visited the web site give it a try. And listen .... this is NOT a marketing advertisement for the web site. I have NO connections with freestockcharts. If you been trading for a while you know Trading is a difficult chore and you got to be careful. My point: Traders need all the edge they can get. (P.S. Hint -> Join Zee's Membership site and many of your concerns will go away.) I just think its a very good FREE web site for traders and I am just spreading the word if you haven't heard of the site... that's all. Freestcokcharts has all the indicators including Fibonacci retracement, regression lines and channels (Zee has referred to these), tirone lines (what?), and speed line, gann lines, and Andrew's pitchfork (a pitchfork? ... give me a break). Just add the indicator of you choice to your chart.

Zee, I am pulling for your short GOLD alert that I bought Friday with you. And I am also pulling for my beloved alma mater University of Alabama at Tuscaloosa today. Roll Tide over LSU!!!!!

Re: GLD

FSLR short position looking good.hohoho

Re: GLD

Traderbean has SPY going to 1250 and 900 support
http://traderbean.blogspot....

Re: GLD

Hi Nergo, I have GOLD short backers
Kemal_1 replied to me: Good call!
